PAT was handed a late invitation to this tournament when Australian Open winner Glenn Power was forced to withdraw from the competition.
The Queenslander was runner-up to Power in the inaugural Australian Open back in September, losing 10-7 in the final of the event in Geelong.
Orreal had defeated former Australian number one Brian Roach in the event, as well as Eddy Sims, Garry Sinnott and Ray O'Donnell.
A former Commander in the Australian Army who is now based in Brisbane, he began playing on the Australian circuit in 2003 when he returned to Queensland.
He achieved a nine-darter in his local Caboolture league in July 2005, mirroring John Lowe's route to the perfect game.
He has competed on the DPA Australian Grand Prix circuit this year, finishing eighth in the standings, winning two events at Penrith's Gaels Club and then reaching the semi-finals at October's Pine Rivers event.
