GARY'S form during 2007 has earned him two major titles as well as the number three seeding for the PartyBets.com Grand Slam of Darts.
Now the number one in the WDF rankings, Anderson has picked up his first televised titles with a string of sensational displays this year at the International Darts League and World Darts Trophy.
A prolific winner of Open events since claiming the Welsh Open title in 2001, the Scotsman has won multiple titles at the German Open and Scottish Masters since.
Having only reached one televised semi-final, at the 2003 World Championship, Anderson's game rose to a new level with ten ranking event wins during 2006.
He then produced a string of 100-plus averages in blasting away the field at the International Darts League this May, seeing off James Wade and Adrian Lewis before defeating Mark Webster 13-9 in the final.
That form was repeated in September's World Darts Trophy, as he swept past Wayne Atwood, John Part, Peter Manley and Andy Hamilton to reach the final and then defeat Phil Taylor 7-3.
Gary has also won the British Open and Scottish Open this year, and recently claimed the Northern Ireland Open title for a second time.
